That is worth a lot more than two cents. An employer is directly responsible for the actions of the employee. By not terminating the employee he is all but condoning the action taken. Had the employee been named and terminated at the instant it was discovered what had been done, then perhaps there would be a better perception in this forum of the situation. Just my two cents.
