They are going to be pumping in water from Northern Nevada to help sustain the current growth, but I don't think that is the answer to our problems. I think it is more of a bandaide.

Another little interesting fact came out this week as well. 1 out of every 96 homes throughout the US is in foreclosure.

Flip this house is creating short sale champions. I'll probably list 16 short sales this month without even trying. I know they can be a pain, but hey - PROPS to you TLC

What are some of the things yall are doing to get alot of the Short Sales. I rank number 1 in Goolge for Fort Worth Short Sales. That doesnt seem to be enough.

Yep, we've got plenty of foreclosures but remember something -- Las Vegas was the first city that had all of the nutsy appreciation to begin with.

All markets run in cycles.
