Exclamation Prospective buyer, went through an open house and stole personal items.
A report has just been filed with the police on an instance where a woman, posing as a prospective buyer, went through an open house and stole personal items. WOW, in all my years of selling Las Vegas real estate I have never had such a thing occur! I cannot believe that a person would be so disrespectful! I did, however, before lockboxes were as sophitifacted as they are today, once have an agent from my brokerage live in one of his listings! I guess that probably topps the cake

Woah REMAX, that is a crazy story, but I am not surprised! The Las Vegas real estate market can be pretty sleezy when it is magnified up close! I cannot believe that people stoop to the levels in which we have seen displayed in the posting!!

What is the world coming to these days? Stealing personal items, living in listings? I never thought that the moral of the country would get to this level. I know that here in the Las Vegas real estate market I have seen my share of wrong doing, but where do we draw the line?!!
