My regards to the community, I would be seeking your advice on some matter. I have some interests in real estate and have read that foreclosure is an efficient way to gather up profits. I would like a little more thought on this…as to how does the whole thing work and how can we invest properly in pre-foreclosures to earn secure profits.

Well i don't have any sufficient knowledge about foreclosure in real estate, but thanks to you for your information. It is useful to me. Well i am also a investor in real estate.I would like to share that, I had invested my money with areal estate investor and was happy to hear that the investment was going the right way. Well, it's no secret the foreclosure market is at an all time high. And it seems as though more and more properties continue to face home foreclosure. Because of this increased volume over the past few years, opportunities for real estate investing in foreclosures are really unbelievable. Well, I guess all you have to do is create a better plan that will surely work for you. You see, this will not make you earn quickly, you should learn its foreclosure system and understand it very well.

Look in the local papers under the classified section.You need to interview carefully with whom to hang your license, it can get quite expensive. Ask the broker on how you can put your license in a holding tank until you can afford the monthly fees associated with being a Realtor. Foreclosures are a beast in it's own nature. I would suggest finding a good local mentor that knows the laws and the process. There are real estate investment clubs all over the country where you could find a mentor and start networking.
