Question Showing Homes 101

ok Folks,

I have an Agent on my Team in San Diego that has been with me for about 3 years now. She sells about 16-25 properties a year.

The other day she informed me that she never puts the client in her car. She has a very nice new four door Toyota Camry (perfect for a REALTOR).

My question to you is do you think she should drive with the clients in her car like I trained her or not? She says that when they follow her they seem like they want to look at less homes since they are spending thier money on gas as well!

Please give me your thoughts

I think with gas prices the way they are now, it does make sense to have the clients in the car with you, but if it's working for her than I wouldn't tell her to change.

i agree. the gas price hike should be put into consideration. you should be able to save when the clients are with you rather than pay for the gas individually.
