I always use free version of AVG antivirus.

I use CA Security Systems.

It has all the features I want, does a GREAT job and is not a Memory Hog like Nortons.

Just my 2˘ worth,

I used Norton for a while, but it was far too memory-hungry, and some malware specifically targets it in the first place.

Then I migrated to Kaspersy (Internet Security) and never looked back. Until now, that is.

Windows VIsta, with a little-bit of tweaking up and disabling of certain processes can be used without any anti-viral software, including the somewhat crude Defender. So currently I use none. And I'm ok.

I used to have Norton but didn't work out then I switched to ESET NOD32 still didn't work ou. Now I went back to AVG 8.1, and I am still satisfied with its performance.
