I'm in a bit of a pickle and would appreciate any advice you can provide. What are the risks in investing in Alberta area? I want to invest in some good property there but I am not sure how to go about it. I have seen the ads of many real estate investment experts on that particular area but as I am new to the area I would like to have advices from you people to help me get a better choice.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

Investing in Alberta...

Hmmm well I would talk with some licensed real estate consultants and see if can provide you with a overview of what the Alberta real estate market is like at this time as well as what the process intails. One other suggestion is you might want to talk with licensed financial planners and get some advice from them!

Yes Rachael it is one of the better places to invest right now. I have a cousin that lives there and he has done some successful investing. Let me know if you're friend agrees it is a good place to invest.

Well iam sorry friend that i don't have any good knowledge about the property investment in alberta, but if you are going to invest in real estate and thinking of getting profit through it, so i will say that your thinking is good. Real estate investment is very good option for investment. I had also invested my money in real estate and iam happy that my investment is going to right way.
