I used once my real estate client's top producer account.. It had some compatibility issue with FireFox.. Their contact/lead forms are not flexible to integrate with your website. You need to iframe it...But it looks really bad.....
I had TP for years and grew to hate it. The action plans are great if you have two buyers and three listings but more than that and they become very aggravating. It has been awhile but when I had it, the stock letters were pretty cheezy, and sounded like old school stodgy sales, yes they could be customized, but it wasn't working out of the box.
The idea of TP 7i having my database on their servers and paying them monthly was not something I was willing to do. I am the suspicious type and I couldn't trust that some natural or intentional catastrophe couldn't wipe out the data. Plus I couldn't be certain that they weren't mining the data and selling it to third parties.
I personally like 7i. We currently have a database of around 20,000, 130 or so listings, and 3 people linked in to it. We use it for everything from showing follow ups, to service reports and mail outs (although I do agree you must customize those). We have very few issues and are generally pleased with all it offers. Could there be some improvements? of course, so we call and suggest upgrades.
