Question Realtor® Recommendations?
Ok all you Realtors out there this question is for you!

When giving your client a name of trades such as a Lender, Property Inspector or Construction Company etc.

How should that be done to protect you and your Brokerage?

I usually try to recommend at least two of each so the buyer or seller still feel in control and as though they have made their own decision. I don't want to be 100% responsible for someone not meshing with another service provider.
