That sounds useful for capturing information about incoming calls on our 800 number. Like it seems to give reports on caller name, number, and location. My receptionist and agents take phone message notes when the recipient is not in, but the information is never tallied. And if the recipient is there to take the call, we to even write a phone message note. So this automatic caller info reporting system could be helpful.

I have used call capture before, and it works well for properties that get drive by traffic, and attract attention. In the current market though it takes a lot to get peoples attention to a yard sign / 800 call capture number though.
