In case you missed it, Apple has just released a beta version of their Safari browser for Windows. You can get your copy
here.
I downloaded it yesterday and gave it a 2 minute tour. It seems like an OK browser, although it did take a bit to get it to work. When you fire it up for the first time, if you don't see the menu bar at the top or text on the page you need to follow these steps:
1. install Safari
2. go to your programfiles/safari directory and open up the Safari.resources folder
3. copy the two Lucida Grande font files to the Windows>Fonts Directory
4. Rename the Safari.resources folder to anything else
5. try to open Safari, it won't open - dismiss the error message
6. go back and rename Safari.resources to it's original name
7. restart Safari
Another thing I did not like was the way it handled imported bookmarks, but I'm sure that there is a way to fix it. Maybe I'll give the browser a closer look later this week.
