Hey, I saw this and thought, hey, this is a great topic to tell you about our FSBO website system. It is very unique, but mainly it is a pre-built fsbo website. Most FSBO sites I've ever been hired to build struggle with the same issues and eventually close up shop.

I've visited that site before and I think you have some good features that will help it survive. Clever work you do glad to see a quality service like this.

I am not sure I understand what you mean? Can you elaborate? Are you talking about our company?

Sorry to have been so vague; I was making comment on the nice features of your site stating that its one of the few I've seen that provides more than just an FSBO.

You see, of all the sites I've designed for FSBO's only a few survive today because of simple reasons.

A ) They have more than just a place to put a listing.
B ) They are not treated like the real estate version of an online dating site
C ) They offer up sells and features on a prevailing scale while offering introductory services like freebies.

There are more naturally but its not important to mention now.

Your site is nice, well put together and well organized. I know you weren't asking for a site review but I thought I'd plug in a positive note on your services and features.

Oh ok thanks. I was going to say, we are here to stay, as we have been in business for a while. As we offer a lot of services and plan to expand the fsbo/flat websites with more features, such as listing feeds to some of the national sites and more.
