Thanks for the opportunity! With the Las Vegas real estate market being where it is, FSBOs are a huge angle to work right now. Thanks for the tip!

Absolutely, FSBO's are a corner of the market that I see people steer clear of, however I feel we should be running towards them. I think many people have a distrust toward realtors and think that they would rather sell thier own property.

However once they get involved and see the nuts and bolts of how things work I don't know of too many who won't eventually pick up a phone and call a realtor. That realtor might as well be me, this year we are implenting a new POA with FSBO's in our crosshairs.

Great Points guys...

FSBO's are out there and obviously in need of a Realtor®. I can't even imagine selling a home in todays Law Suit happy world without a Realtor®.

It's kind of like Insurance you would not dare drive on the roads without Insurance! Well not in California now you guys in MO might! LOL
