Welcome to the Forum PropAdmin.

I think our Members would take you a bit more serious if you were to contribute to the forums BEFORE blasting us with and advertisement.

Your last line “For People Who Don’t Want To Pay "HIGH PRICES" Just To Sell Or Rent Their Property.” would probably offend about 75% of our Members seeing as how they make their living selling real estate.

Hi PropAdmin,

We RARELY remove posts or ban Members.

We have no problem with Members self promoting. We all do.

My post to you was to inform, not to chastise.

Your post was OK except the last 2 lines IMHO, however it is for you to edit if you agree. If not, leave it as is.

Members customarily contribute in exchange of ideas before engaging in hard line self promotion.

We are a forum of inclusion, not exclusion. Discussion and debates are welcomed when done in an intellectual and civil approach.

You will also find that this is a great place to network.

I'm new too but I'd be happy to give you a little feedback on your site.

The site breaks in two of my browsers and the images are out of alignment. I see that there are some other problems with the site as well, such as you have no valid DocType which means IE users could have trouble with the site since it tends to through some of your code in to quirks mode.

There is also a parsing error and it looks like you require Java which by default only IE seems to come with as far as I know. I'm certain FireFox and Safari requre that as a plug in.

Very few people will install Java because its like a demon that possesses a computer and can really cause problems which is why its use as a web technology all but vanished in modern sites.

Is that the feedback you wanted?

Just my 2 cents worth. A suggestion I would have is to keep people from just coming and trolling the forum and doing nothing but self promoting, maybe require a min of 15 post before links can become active. Just a thought.

Did you have any traffic browsing this domain before you launched that real estate portal? I'm taking this venture head on myself and I would be very unhappy to fail within the first year. Just wondering...I'm hoping that 100 visits a day is a nice boost to make my system a decent local online service.
