Update on our new office.

We just finalized our plans for our new office. We currently have 8 private offices and 9 cubicles available for any agents looking to make a move to our company. A few ammenities that we offer:

Brand New Building
Our own marketing department (flyers, mailers, bulk mail, design team, etc..)
Starbucks Coffee Bar (can't wait for this)
State of the Art Technology
Next to Green Valley Ranch Casino and the District

These are just a few ammenities. Construction starts the first week of February and should be completed by the middle of April. I will pass along the word. Well, with a Starbucks on-site, I think that it will be challenging for any Las Vegas real estate agent to turn you down! How are your numbers coming along? Good luck Tony

Actually, our numbers are looking pretty good. We haven't started maketing for agents as of yet.

I have two agents assigned to recruiting and right now all thier efforts have been word of mouth. We have 11 new prospects signed up for real estate school with projected completion dates of the end of February. So they should have license in hand and be ready to go in June.

Once we have our marketing in place for new agents, we should be able to reach our goal of 50 quality agents.
