Austin, Texas.....kinda like San Diego with lakes instead of the ocean. Great food (BBQ), great music and the people are nice and the real estate is cheap compared to California.

I guess I would have to go with CA! LOL, I think that they are the next best thing to the Las Vegas real estate market!! Just kidding I would say San Clemente or San Diego!
