SDRE, I am a San Clemente native, culture and geographic’s very similar to yours. The offer sounds very tantalizing being in San Diego. If I didn't completely love selling Vegas I would be there.

Just added a new VIP Agent...She is Great Had her Brokers License in Colorado...Her first lead out of the system was for 1-2 Milliion on the water!Hows that for quality!

SDRE, I have the impression that the internet plays a major role in your marketing, in either a stand-alone or support basis. Assuming that your website is productive, do you supply your agents with leads (reduced commission?) or are the "on their own"? We are discussing this situation currently and though that you might be able shed some light in the subject.
