I signed up with a Florida Real Estate Brokerage a few months ago.
I was splitting my commissions 15% and not getting too much in exchange.
I switched to United Realty Group and I am paying them $199 per deal. Not a penny more.
No monthly fees. They are prompt in paying my commissions.
Not a lot of support either. But I believed that I needed it, I could just sign up for some courses at my local Real Estate Board. If you want their number, just ask me.
