Default Replace Lost Income

There is a way to replace your lost income.

The skills you have developed as a Realtor are in demand again. There is a shortage of ethical and qualified Foreclosure Mediation Consultants.

You now have an opportunity to help distressed homeowners navigate the foreclosure process.

The non-profits agencies ( ie. NACA, ACORN, etc.) which help people in foreclosure are stretched to the limit. They have very long waiting lists. Meanwhile, distressed homeowners can't afford to wait for help, as the foreclosure auction draws nearer.

We have designed Habitat Mediation Training course specifically for Real Estate professionals, so you may transition quickly and affordably into Foreclosure Mediation. You now have a way to replace your lost income and help families save their homes.

Hmmm... something tells me it's just another program being sold on how to do short sales, etc.

LOL! You obviously get all of the e-mails we do concerning the programs to buy to learn how to do short sales, become a foreclosure specialist, get a certification for being a mediation specialist.. etc.. etc..

Habitat Mediation Training is not about short sales, or a scam. It's about training real estate professional to help distressed homeowners understand their options and help them through the foreclosure process. The solution may be a Work-Out Plan or a Deed-In-Lieu of Foreclosure or something else, each case is unique.

Because Real Estate Professionals, generally, possess negotiating skills, income analysis skills, listening skills, knowledge of mortgages and deeds of trust, they are uniquely qualified to transition into Foreclosure Mediation quickly. Furthermore, it is an excellent way for Real Estate Professionals to make up lost income in this downward market, many of their previous clients probably need this service now or will in the near future.

To the members who posted negatively about Habitat Mediation Training, if you had only taken the time to read just a little of the information on our site, you would have seen it's all about seriously helping homeowners through foreclosure and Real Estate professionals make money again. Win-Win situations.

Thanks - I read over it since you finally came back and decided to expand on the program mentioned that is being promoted for sale.

San Diego Real Estate asked for more details three days after you stopped by (for the first time ever). I chimed in 8 days after that and 11 days after you posted. Two months later you come back.

So, it's not a short sales program. Nobody ever said it was a scam. All that was said is that I receive new programs all the time from somebody trying to sell something that has something to do with short sales, being a foreclosure mediation specialist, doing BPO's etc...

The two companies I would consider are Unum and Illinois Mutual. Unum seems to favor the white collar occupations while Illinois Mutual works well in the blue collar niche.

However disability carriers will not offer you coverage if you have been self employed for less than two years.

Start with the agent that writes your other insurance. They can advise you ways keep the cost down with the use of longer elimination periods and shorter benefit periods. You need to sit down with an agent that can tailor a plan that fits your needs and at the same time is affordable.
