We're seeking RE Agents licensed in Florida who are residents of other states to participate in our Remote Agent Program.

What are the requirements for licensing in Florida? I am currently working in the Las Vegas real estate market and from what I understand the two are comparable. How are things there right now? How is the condo market doing?

To get licensed its a 63 hour course you could take online, but the state test must be in person. The condo market is not as hot as I would like, but still active. Hows the vegas market?
