Default construction

DO any of your markets have alot of construction going on in certain areas that it affects the decisions of buyers to move near there for the inconvenience of traffic and debris on the ground to cause tire flats?

Thumbs up

Remax..LV...

I'm not sure I undestand the question...But the little new construction San Diego does have seems to attract buyers that want to buy a new home! Regardless of the issues of construction...I always point out the additional costs involved such as window coverings landscaping etc...

I am not sure what exactly you meant either! Here in the Las Vegas real estate market, I think people get caught up in new construction becasue they feel that they are more apt to make money in appreciation. SDRE, I aslo try to explain to people both the hassel and the extra costs invloved in new construction, opposed to re-sales!

I am with the two of you. REMAX LV, could you explain a bit more clearly what you are asking? As far as re-sales vs new homes go, I think that you are both right on the money!
