Question Asking for Contributions.

In my experience, when making on offer with seller contributions, the listing usually will take that as a sign that the buyer isn't qualified. What can I do to lower the LA's suspicions?

Las Vegas Homes, be sure to let the listing agent know your buyer has been pre-qualified and explain that the buyer just prefers to know he is getting the best deal. You know, even some of the wealthiest people are the tightest tightwads so it shouldn't infer that the homebuyer isn't qualified just because they are asking for concessions.

The buyer is just looking for the best deal, so just make sure that they are prequalified and let the LA know.

It is just part of the negotiations, most sellers agents know that.

Thumbs up

RMLV...you hit that one right on! Some buyers are looking for the absolute best deal! What you can also tell the agent is that your buyer is not only more than qualified without the sellers contributions but that they have indentified a few properties that the would consider makeing offers on. However, that their property is your clients first choice! Lets get this into Escrow!
