Default I’m looking to buy a home.

I want to buy a house, and with the declining prices, why won’t the realtor cut their fees?

You should look around for houses yourself, in the areas that you want to buy, then contact the realtor. You will cut some of the fees.

Checkout www.forsalebyowner.com. It’s a site where people put up their houses for sale without realtors. Without realtors, you may be able to find a better deal.

This is a spam thread. They are signing up all over real estate forums plugging this website. I deleted them off of two of my forums.

LOL I agree Tony, let people buy from FSBO and take the chance of some seller not disclosing something or the buyer forgetting important key elements to making sure that the home they are buying is a good purchase. You know as an example there tends to be a good number of neighborhoods and homes in Las Vegas that have builder defect suits going on. Let a buyer purchase without the assistance of a real estate professional and buy one of these type properties without proper due-diligence and lose 40 or 50k and that will be the last time they look to follow the advice of people like our friends here trying to push FSBO.

Why dont you try www.weblo.com/property and buy a virtual home or any other property in virtual reality.

Why would you even care if the Realtor cut their fees? You do not pay the commission, the seller does! You should consider sitting down with a Realtor and having them explain the whole buying process to you!
