Default 2006 Predictions

Okay all of you real estate pros, what are your predictions for this years market? Any ideas on which cities will see the most appreciation? How about the least?

You still think that Phoenix has that much room to grow Portland? I think that Salt Lake and Texas will do well. What are everyone else's thoughts?

I am with you RE/MAX, I am beting on Salt Lake City as well. As far as AZ goes, I think that they have hit their peak, but time will tell...I think that parts of CA are in the running for the least amount...
