For those of you out there who have teams, what is your magic number of buyers agents? What would be ideal for you and why?

I am on a team, I do not have a team, but I would say that the perfect number would be 10-15 agents. I guess it varies depending on your market, but it seems like too many agents would be a waste of time and money, and not enough would be a waste of leads, and therefore, money!

I think that the number varies depedning on the agent or team leader. Everyone not only has different goals and expectations, but they have different production and resource levels as well.

1.I think the magic number is to where all the customers are being addressed professionally
2. No one Agent is getting burned out
3. All Agents are making their target goals as far as money

I think there should be teams of 5. 5 realtors on one team is plenty b/c that way noone is bogged down and there is plenty of money for everyone. Just my two cents.
