I have always used the net here in the Las Vegas real estate market! However, I have only sold a handful of HUD Homes. I agree with you in that, it is almost a blind "shot out of the box"! You really only get one shot at bidding...and what are the chances that your client is the hihgest bid??

I have gotten the impression that it is quite hard to actually aquire one of these types. With the bidding etc. I try to stay away from them.
