Default Mentor?

For those you pros out there, who would you consider to be your mentor and why?

I am no pro, lol!!, but I would consider my mentor to be my broker. She is very experienced and really knows her stuff. When I was first licensed, I spent long hours both in her office and even at her home, listening to her thoughts, outlooks, experineces, etc.

I would have to say my team leader is the closest thing I have to a mentor. I try to learn from him and he guides me along the way, kindof like the master/apprentice relationship in Star Wars.

I wish I had a mentor but my broker is a competing broker, so there goes that.

My mentor was great, he taught me everything not to do in real estate. I never met anyone who was so out to just make money regardless of who he took advantage of. He was all about closing the deal even if it meant committing fraud. I would love to say his name, but he is not here to defend himself, so I will leave him nameless, but he is a top producing agent (don't know how) in the Las Vegas area.
