Default Home Valuation

Do you have people asking for home valuation from your web site? I find that they're mostly people fishing for market information and planning to go FSBO. How do you handle them?

Great response SDRE, personal contact goes a long way, especially in situations that are tricky like that one!

Yes, when you can talk to someone (opposed to e-mailing them), you are more likley to both get your point of view across and be more persuassive!

Thanks, guys. Great advice. That'll deter those people for they'll never want to talk to you directly.

Great advice seems like a perfect way to deter them. I haven't had any of those types of leads yet and that is a great way to handle it when I do.

Also, it sound stupid, but call the heck out of them, don't just call them once or twice! They requested info from YOU...so call until they tell you to stop!!
