Checking Out The Other Agent
I was told to always check the other agent you are dealing with through the department of real estate website. Just in case you are dealing with someone you shouldn't be. Have any of you ever had any issues with unlicensed agents or suspended ones? How often does that happen? Does everyone else check?  |

Great suggestion Sara...I have dealt with a few that shouldn't be Agents! But only one appraiser that took our clients money and our client was the Principal of his neighborhoods School! Go Figure??? Just goes to show you that you never know!

I have had similar experiences, but, no, I do not usually check out the other agent unless I have reason to do so!

Yes, I had never really thought of it before, but from what has been said in here, I think that I will start looking into the other agent as well! |

When I first heard about this I never heard of any agents that checked out the other agent first but I guess it is easy to make time to do it. |
