Default HUD Home Experience?
What have been all of your experinces with HUD homes and other bank owned properties? Where do they fall into each of your markets right now?

I havn't had alot of personal experiences with them, but I think in las Vegas there are quite a few but just getting a hold of them is the hard part.

Yes, here in the Las Vegas real estate market, they do not seem to be as "in demand" as other places in the country!
