Referral Outreach
What type of referral campaings do you all have going on? How do you network to your past clients and ask them for referrals? How do you keep in touch..?

One of the Best Real Estate Coaches in the industry Brian Buffini says to set down each day and write 10 hand written cards to clients and friends and always ask for referrals! It works!!!

That is a good idea SD, I think consistent contact is good, and of course impressing your clients, then they naturally refer you.

SDH&C...you can send them to your prospects as well! Thanking them for the opportunity to be of service! It works I have locked up business sending them to prospects! Numerous times!  |

Okay I will that sounds good since I have so many prospects that are just waiting a couple months it would give me an excuse to contact them to check in. |
