Does anyone in this forum still use anytype of "pay-per-click"? Just curious...

PPC can be a very expensive proposition! I would highly recommend using a consultant that knows what they are doing!

I agree. I have seen agents pay thousands of $$$ per month with pay-per-click! It can get insane

Its a means to drive traffic to your site! Every time someone clicks on your site you pay! Hence Pay-Per-Click or PPC...A very expensive means!

Sometimes if they weigh the other lead generation systems that can run from $29 - 1000 dollars per lead it can be cost effective!

Yes, I just got my first real estate webstite and I'm using pay per click but I'm trying to find another method to attract visitors to my new website. Any ideas? What do you use for your website?

PPC is useful ad. if you use it right.
What it really can bring to you is not "traffic", but CLIENTS!
But of course you need to choose your niche right, and find the best keyword combination.
