If everyone had to pick one skill, habit or technique that has made you successful what would it be and why?

Not to sound like a salesman or a TV ad, but I believe my success has been because of the way I treat my clients. I am a believer that you treat your clients as you would want to be treated. People are very savvy in this day and time. Most of them are able to see through the BS and know when someone is being geniune with them. They are not looking for that hard sell or that used car salesman pitch.

LVH...I couldn't have said it better myself! Along with a very strong work ethic...I work this business like my hair is on fire!

This is not a dress rehearsal and let me tell you that these opportunities don't come by often in life and when they do give it all you have and it could set you up for life!

I agree with you both. I also feel that loyalty, honesty and integrity are important traits, especially in such a rapidly moving market!

Hard work and knowledge. Competition is very important too. My production went up when I joined a high producing RE/MAX office with a bunch of large producing agents. You will raise your game when you play with people better than you.

I would have to to say that a combination of persistence, integrity, loyalty, and hard work have all, without a doubt, payed off!
