Default New Home Sales?

Has anyone in here ever sold new homes? I so, what were your experiences?

No, I have not, but I have many friends who have done new home sales. I think that is six-to-one, 1/2-a-dozen the other. I mean, you have a decent, steady, income, but you typically cannot sell RE on the side, and you also have a set schedule. On the other hand, in general RE, if you don't sell, you don't eat...but, the the sky is the limit! I think that it depends on the individual and their personal goals

Thumbs up

LVRE I Agree...to me it would be almost like being an employee! In a lot of cases I think they are!

I have not done new home sales at a tract. I agree it just depends on the individuals style.
