I'm thinking of starting a team myself. I suppose the correct question would be how many buyers leads do you need to support each buyers agent?

I think that really depends on each Real Estate market as well as the Agent! IMHO

If your Real Estate market allows obviously the more that merrier. In some markets if you get 10-20 in one day that could be a lot in others they could go as high as 100.

One thing it does require is dedication and hard work if they have good sales and communication skills they can do really well with a few leads and their conversions will be much higher! If not they will require many more.
