Default delinquent property taxes
Hello everyone. I am new to the real estate industry. Recently I was contacted by a client that wants to sell his house, however, he has not paid his 2006 property taxes. Is it possible to list the house while they are delinquent or does he need to pay them prior to the listing? Thanks for any advice you have.

You can list the property with delinquent taxes. Find out how delinquent he is and if there are other delinquencies that might interfere with the sale. ie mortgage
