JazzTouch42 Status: Junior Real Estate Forum Member Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 2	Direct Buyer of Cash Flow Properties I am direct with another of my Buyers that has contacted me on their interest in buying Cash flows nationwide secured by: Multifamily housing,C=Vacation/Second homes,Small Commercial,Raw Land,Improved Lots,Industrial property,Farm land,Taverns,Service stations,Marinas,Mobile homes,Second position liens. My buyer uses their own capital to purchase each note.They buy full,partial and split notes and they buy portfolios. They must have EQUITY available. You must be direct seller or have direct access to the seller,also you must be compensated by your Seller.
