How are the housing numbers for Las Vegas looking for next year? I read an article that said there was a saturation of new homes on the market and that construction had slowed down on new homes and condos due to high construction costs, are these factors having a negative impact or is a good thing for the Las Vegas market to cool down on the new construction for now?

The current total listing count, include both Las Vegas condos and Las Vegas homes, is arounf 18,000. This is a large decrease from our recent 23,000 or so! The new year brought in many expirations whichhave not been renewed.

Well, we cetainly do have inventory here in the Las Vegas real estate market. However, many new home builders are looking to pull out of the market this year (not build), which will, in turn, create a balance! As long as we do continue to add homes to the inventory, we will be fine
