Hello and welcome. I would use everyone's advice in here to be honest. I think that you are already on the right track by inquiring as to what you can expect beforehand!! I have worked in the Las Vegas real estate market for years, and experience is the one thing that no one can teach you, you just have to do it!! I sold my first house within my first month of being licensed

you need to join a good team that is crucial with a broker that will answer your questions as you have them...
look online to find real estate in your area and go to those companies for a job trust me it works....
you will save if you wait to order cards with your new teams art work they might already have it on a template at the printer and that can save you when you use the same company they use....
most important do something now don't wait and don't give up work hard real hard and you will make it....
I was new last August now I have 5 open escrows for this month alone and more coming I am on fire now I almost gave up but I worked through it it was hard real hard but now I feel awesome.....
