All I meant was that from the context of how you placed the PM excerpt in the post, it could have been read as if I was getting to change your opinion about REW or someone else. I wanted to make clear that I wasn't, so I included the whole thing.

I cant believe there are people still trying to twist this subject around and deflect the blame or somehow try to make it seem that this crime even though it was wrong is understandable or even acceptable.

I have seen people from REW that got banned for less and shunned by their peers only because Morgan Carey/ Seo Guy posted why these people are bad without any concrete proof. This in its self tells me that several of you out there and I am sure you know who you are hold double standards.

Its only human nature for us to want to surround ourselves in the real estate industry with people we believe will help us propel our real estate business to the next level, BUT at what cost or ethical and criminal line crossed do we as individuals draw the line?

As an example we as real estate professionals blame the media for causing the housing market slump. Yet are we not part of the decline in the housing market. It was Realtors that advised Mr Seller you can get 30, 40 or 50k or more above market value for your home now AND as for the buyers. Oh yes Mr Buyer paying 50k above value right now is a good deal. Oh hey why dont you finance that with an interest only load...Why because we as Realtors knew anything other than that type loan these buyers/investors wouldnt qualify.

Now this is not to say that was the case with every single one of our clients but the point to this rant is that when are we as a profession going to stand up and act like we embody the very morals and ethical standards we all say we have.

These standards should be not only applied to our business dealings but also others that do business within the real estate industry. Yet most of us only apply those standards when they fit our point of view.

Morgan Carey has no ethical or moral values and he has demonstrated this over the years. Whether through is acts within his own forum or business dealings with Realtors. Yet somehow some Realtors and real estate professionals who at the drop of a hat will scream unethical toward anyone that Morgan Carey deems a threat to his business.

I personally am just amazaed at some of those individuals at Real Estate Webmasters who I consider to be very smart people could fall prey and be misguided to the likes of someone like Morgan Carey.

Terry even though I respect your opinion I know you are smarter than that so therefore I can only come to the conclusion that you either agree with the criminal actions that REW/ Morgan Carey took against PREN or you are here to help Morgan/REW.

LOL...and the spin continues. Considering past history I am sure everyone here knows that this has been Morgans SOP from the get go. Always have others fight your battles for you. Always have others spin your view points so this way if and when it backfires you have an out. Trust me thats his SOP I know personally cause of my association with him when I was put in the position to defend him because of leeching from other forums to help REW kick off.

A good place to reference that is at Agents Online back in 2004 I believe. Doug and the other members at Agents Online were not to happy.

Terry not that it matters to you or even me really but after that comment I have lost all respect for you cause I know you arent that dumb. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING happens at REW Morgan doesnt know about, hense REWs record of banning people who disagree with Morgan.

My topic when I entered the thread was the intrusion into PREN, analyzing the evidence so far, and asking for the additional documentation. When Morgan stated that one of his employees did the deed, the issue was over, as far as I was concerned.

For some reason, my failure to join in the public bashing of anyone makes me your target. I don't do public bashing. Sorry to disappoint.

Of course I agree that no one should sign in falsely to someone else's website to edit and/or delete threads.

I might be wrong here Terry and if so it wont be the first or last time but, IMHO you are hurting your reputation by even hinting Morgan is doing or has done the right thing. Only time will tell but I guess till then we can agree to disagree.

Agreeing to disagree is one thing.

Saying I'm brainless for not expressing automatic agreement with you is another matter. You want to engage in public bashing. I don't engage in that practice. I've complimented certain members of this forum when they express themselves well or make a valid point and I've not been condescending toward anyone.

#1 JohnRogers IP number is not in Seattle. It shows San Jose CA. I might be wrong but look he is still not banned for being anonymous and attacking others. Wow what a concept.

#2 I agree that Wayne does speak like a broken record(he also admits) and yes people not seeing thing our way is part of life and a little more professional language would help but the man is heart broken, I can't blame him.
