Vegas Mack, no need to thank me as I call it as I see it. That said ....no problem. Look many on that forum have shared great info with me and vice versa so the kool aid reference seems a little harsh, but I also have read enough posts by certain individuals that do make you wonder how otherwise intelligent people could formulate certain opinions. But I digress, I root for all ethical realtor's who charge/ pay a decent split.....lol.

I did visit Jared's blog the other day, because his forum articles about real estate in your forum impressed me, since I do something similar myself. He had a quite lengthy blog article where he stated a case with a clear and level head and no invective incindiary flamethrowing. I made a comment, one of the very few I have ever made to a blog.

Ah..., you quoted part of my "Private Message" to you. Your forum, you do what you want. Since you only quoted part of it, some might form mistaken conclusions about what I was talking about. Maybe that's what you intended, I don't know. In the interest of full disclosure, I'll quote the entire thing Private Message.

Come on John, be civil. So which John Rogers are you? The Washington Department of Licensing shows two John Rogers -- one in Puyallup with a cancelled license and the other one in Seattle.

See, this is the type of poster I was talking about....perfect example. If he or she had bothered to read the thread he/she might have actually had something to contribute. So lets see... new member, few posts, nothing nice to say, hhhmmmmm could it be a spy,spammer, buddy of some Morgan fellow, or just someone banned from most other forums. Oh I know the answer IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO HE/SHE IS, they are not worth debating with.

Again, I do see yours and Terry’s point perfectly. But I also know several instances of retribution against REW detractors and understand the desire of anonymity.

There has been only one anonymous poster to this thread I think other than this new guy BTW.

The quote excerpt I used from your PM was articulate and well thought out. I took that PM as I believe it was intended to be. A sincere attempt by you to reach out and even the excerpt can not be misconstrued IMHO. It was not intended (as I am certain you know) to impugn or demean in any manner. If I were to quote a PM from you that reflected poorly on you there would have basis of a legitimate complaint. This was not the case as any rational thinking person can see. However, if you truly are offended please accept my apology.
