Mack,

What was that ("Second String") really warranted?

For those that don't know I have probably known Morgan as long as anyone on here except for LVH. Morgan and I have gone at each other in the past and even today we "tolerate" each other only because we share clients in common.

With that said in my opinion Morgan is no dummy. He did not respond to this issue for almost 2 days and when he did it was on his own blog.

In the meantime I have to think he was getting his ducks lined up. If he has committed a crime and is convicted then so be it. On the other hand if he hasn't there are people on here that have called him a criminal and could face civil action for defamation of character.

Think about it... somebody you don't like, maybe despise, you may well have provided him with the ammunition to go after you.

Now Mack, does that sound like "Second String" and that I am in his ballpark?

That would be a first. Most believe he just waves a toy gun around or shoots blanks.

A person not firing his employee for a crime, hiding the identity of that employee, and not reporting that employee to the police has commited a crime. That crime is obstruction of justice and aiding a criminal. Please let him sue me on it. There are always counter sues and he is worth financially more than I am. Gotta love a country that can do court case on anything.

Wrong. I was very careful to not point out alternate scenarios because that would have indicated bias. The whole point of my posts was to use reason and logic, publishing my own researched facts and demonstrating that you had not yet proved your case. I never could figure out why you wanted to keep the evidence secret rather than full public disclosure.

They posted a screen shot, which you inferred could have been altered. If you wanted access to server logs you should have made that request on the REW forum.

There was no intentional intent to liken this crime to rape and if it offended you or anyone else I apologize.

I am sure that Morgan and his other defenders will make the most of it and downplay this criminal action to no more that a Jay Walking citation. If more is to be made of my metaphor than it was intended to be, so be it. But I do apologize for offending you.

To bad that there has not been more indignation displayed over the criminal invasion of this forum than the use (or misuse) of a metaphor.

In an attempt to give your complaint total legitimacy (as I am sure it deserves) please give us an example of an appropriate metaphor of how you would feel if your property and rights were violated and suffered possible ranking loss of websites that affected your ability to support your family.

Can you site one example of obstruction of justice where there was no police investigation or trial in progress? Have the police begun investigating?

I also said that I did not believe anyone altered that screen shot. In the forum I asked both Mack and Tony to provide me with the evidence, which I assumed were logs. I also made the same request by private message. I don't understand how REW would have had PREN or WN? logs.

Jay, are you telling me I need to get an investigation with Nanaimo police to not to be liable and Mack did you happen to fax the documents to FBI and Nanaimo RCMP, so that we are not liable anymore of calling someone a criminal?
