I identified an IP address associated with Morgan that he used on the web on May 18, 2005. Independently. On my own. He was still identified by the same IP address as recently as June 11, 2007. That comes from my own data. That shows Morgan's Internet Service Provider was not using dyamic IP addresses on his account. The IP address I identified is not the IP address identified in the log screenshot provided in this thread, but it does come from the same ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Facts and evidence can be used to persuade. A condescending attitude merely proves bias. Persuade me, don't just demonstrate a pre-existing bias.

Being the devils advocate can sometimes be noble and other times cause as much or more bruising as a physical confrontation. But I am glad that someone did to give this thread some balance.

The evidence is very compelling.

I would like to think awareness. And a long jail sentence for Morgan if justice is served.

We have been on the map for a while now. Enough so to worry Morgan obviously. We just took a break this summer (as we always do) to make a living (funny how real estate makes you do that).

In all fairness Terry you seem to be downplaying a serious criminal act. That is like telling a rape victim that it wasn’t her first roll around in the hay so what is the damage? Do you really believe that we are the only ones this has happened to? You asked “In the end, what has been accomplished by this thread?” Again I will refer back to the rape victim example. If nothing else we can only hope that by reporting crimes and public awareness there will be fewer victims in the future. Criminals are like cockroaches. They scatter when you turn on (shed) the lights.

Well since I am both a web developer and a licensed Real Estate Broker from a family of REALTORS® I guess there is a possibility at least that I may sway your opinion.

Your information is flawed. I have server and vBulletin logs showing Morgan logged into PREN and posted from various IPs used by the same ISP. Ask Tony. He has copies.

It you don’t trust Tony again I ask you to name an independent forum owner that I can contact that YOU do trust and furnish him with the same evidence.

You have made a valiant attempt to defend. In all honesty it is starting to appear as though MCHammered is not the only one suffering from bias. Has Morgan made the same effort to defend himself or will he continue to send others in his stead? If he has denied these accusations publicly feel free to post the link here.

What I meant was that I put up my first web site, realestateabc.com, in February, 1998. Now I just write for that site because I sold it to Internet Brands, Inc.

I started working with Temple Inland on web sites in November 1996, but they weren't my own. I just helped because I was so keen on the web and wanted to learn -- and that is when I got my first book on HTML code. I first began surfing the web in June 1996.

Prior to that, I was a hot shit loan officer at Directors Mortgage, which was purchased by Norwest Mortgage, which later purchased Wells Fargo and changed their name to Wells Fargo. I've been working in the mortgage business since 1985. I've also owned my own mortgage brokerage and worked as a consultant, setting up two mortgage companies for others.

As you know, back in the day, there was always a strong relationship between Realtors and their lenders, which is why I've always had a focus on agents.

Actually, my information is not flawed. I have identified two IP addresses identifying Morgan back in 2005. I verified one of those IP addresses still identified him in 2007. You may have additional information about additional IPaddresses that I am not yet privy to, but that does mean my information is flawed or in error because it is not.

You don't have to show it to a forum operator, you can show it directly to me. Like I said earlier, I already suggested this. Besides, I am a moderator at realestateforum.com.

Tony says he also has the same documentation from his logs at Wanna Network. He is also free to send the documentation. People have already vouched for my honesty and independence in this thread. You guys trust Greg, so ask him if he thinks I'll be fair or not. He's met me a few times and will probably have an opinion. Or show your evidence to Greg, instead of me.

Granted. I'll give you that because I know Morgan plays hardball. Others play hardball, too. What I'm saying, I guess, is that most of what I read in this thread is judgment based on those past experiences, not on this particular event. That's not my fault. You say your evidence is compelling, but I'm from Missouri -- "show me."

(I'm not really from Missouri).

Several folks have said I'm "defending" Morgan. Actually, I'm not. I'm just saying that you haven't yet proved your case, at least not in the open, in the light of day.
