Anyway I know I have been MIA for almost 2 months. It has been due to moving our home and corporate headquarters to Columbia Missouri.

If anyone is interested they can learn more about it on our Columbia Missouri Real Estate Blog. And yes I know the Blog isn’t finished yet but we are working on it and have only a few more things to fine tune.

Hope you are doing okay, Mack. 'Course you are missing the miserable heat here in Las Vegas. Although I'm sure you are enjoying the humidity there!

Can’t say I miss the heat in Vegas. It is an awesome town but Missouri is home and I wanted to scoot up and claim Columbia before our friend Diann decided to retire and come back home LOL.

Did you hear the latest about short sales here? The bank is now allowed to change the commission, even if agreed to in writing before hand, if they don't make enough money on the sale. Somehow I think most banks are going to feel that they didn't make enough....
