We went from 80x80 px max to 120x120.

That should make it easier.

Now that you've increased the size I might be able to show my avatar as it's supposed to be shown, jumping around in my business suit. Right now I can't get it to move around at a good enough visual size. Max gave me an url to check out about reducing my file size so I'll have to see what works.
