If you are not familiar with html or php I suggest you contact frobn or Jared via PM about a Template system or you can go with a custom site and SEO by HHI Golf Guy.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the boost Mack.
I think many people are confused between a template design and a template system. Commercial companies like Monster Templates mass produce template designs with an emphasize on eye appeal and graphics but do little to get along with the search engines. Many of these template designs are downright search engine hostile. To build a website with a Monster or similar template you need software and knowledge for applications like Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive or Microsoft Frontpage, Macromedia Flash MX+. You build the web site by merging your content with the template. Every page on the web site carries the weight of the template and co-mingles your content with the design. The result, after much hard work, is a web site with html bloated static pages and negative SE value.
A better way! Use a search engine friendly template system that dynamically loads your content in a custom or template design. A well designed system is SE friendly, keeps content separate from presentation and gives your web site a consistent look and feel throughout. An added benefit--such systems are Ajax and WEB 2.0 ready.
Here is a draft of an Ajax driven template system realtyvisions (dot) com/template (dot) php, the top menu on this page changes the content without a page refresh by loading the page content directly from the server.
