Looking at the Top 10 for the search term “Las Vegas Real Estate” I see the following;

#1 – A Las Vegas Condo sites specific to 1 project.
#2 – A Las Vegas Real Estate Agent site.
#3 – A Las Vegas News Paper.
#4 – A Las Vegas hotel and tourist guide.
#5 – A Flat Fee MLS Listing Real Estate Broker for Arizona, Alaska, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and New Mexico.
#6 – A Phoenix Arizona real estate site.
#7 – A site offering Loans, Insurance and Real Estate Agents in about 80 locations.
#8 – Las Vegas entertainment, gambling and tourist guide.
#9 – A sub directory for the Las Vegas entertainment, gambling and tourist guide.
#10 – Another news paper.

With results like this it is not only next to impossible to figure out what Yahoo is looking for it poses the question “why bother?”

These results are less than relevant they are laughable and unless Yahoo starts on a campaign to give visitors good results their market share will continue to diminish.

Just my 2’ worth,
