Well its not particularly new idea. Using Open-Realty to give free ads in the hopes of supporting the operation with adsense clicks is kind of a dime-a-dozen proposition. I will admit I've never seen it integrated with the foreclosure.com affiliate program though. I would suggest changing some of the code in order to speed up the "coffeebreak" searches.
