BTW, most of us know that there is a growing trend to post articles on article submission web sites. But there is a big problem with that when submitting real estate articles.

First off, while most search engines manage to spider most of the articles, have you noticed that those pages rarely - if ever - have any Google PageRank? To me, that means that the links from these pages are not carrying much weight in the algorithm process.

Second, who is going to re-print a real estate article? Most of the articles cover the same topics of buying and selling tips, financing tips, etc. If you write an article about real estate in your local community I doubt a competing agent is going to publish that article - with your name and link - on their web site.

Yes - there is a 50/50 chance that this site will be a pay service next year. But that is only if maintaining this site starts takes enough of my time that I am hard pressed to add new clients to our portfolio.

Frankly, I'm tired and frustrated looking for quality links. The main purpose of this site is to develop quality content exchange partners that WE ALL can use.

Content based links are the wave of the future for SEO. It would be nice to have a central hub to draw from rather than submitting hundreds of requests only to get a few dozen links.
