You could put the picture of the home on a white T-shirt...and instead of including all of the typed features, you could have your website printed.
It's just a fun idea that worked for someone else.
It can be cheap to do. All you need is a nice digital picture or 2 of your listing, some transfer iron-on paper from a home office store, print your picture and typed message onto the transfer paper, then iron-on to shirt.
An example could be....
On back of white t-shirt, you have a great digital picture of property.
On the top of the picture, you could have "Like what you see?"
then at bottom of picture, you can put.."For more information, please visit
(your website address).
I know this sounds "different", but it's cool to see what people (agents) do to stand out from the crowd with marketing ideas.
